Praying that in the circumstances stated therein, and in the affidavit filed with the High Court will be pleased to set aside the order in Crl.M.P.No. 5109 of 2015 in C.C.No. 247 of 2014 on the file of Court of Judicial Magistrate, Pudukkottai and discharge the petitioners herein. Order : This Criminal Revision case coming on this day under the caption "for extension of time" and upon perusing the order of this Court dated 03/09/2015 made in Crl Rc(MD)No. 374 of 2015 and upon perusing the letter of the Judicial Magistrate, Pudukottai in D.No.2867 of 2015 dated 06/11/2015 and in the presence of Mr.G. Vijay Anand, Advocate for petitioner and of Mr.P. Kandasamy, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the 1st respondent and this Court made the following order: Earlier, this Court, on 03.09.

2015, in Crl.R.C.(MD).No.374 of 2015 filed by the Petitioners Ramalingam and two others Vs. the Inspector of Police Ganesh Nagar Police Station, Pudukottai (Crime No.532 of 2013) and another, directed the trial Court to conduct simultaneous trial of the case relating to Crime Nos.532 and 531 of 2013 and ordered to dispose of the said cases within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and accordingly, disposed of the Revision Petition.

2. As a matter of fact, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pudukottai (FAC) in D.No.2867 of 2015, dated 06.11.2015, had addressed a communication to the Registry of this Court inter alia stating that "... on 27.10.2015, witness summon to witness Nos.13 and 14 was ordered and the case was adjourned to 18.11.2015 and as such, the Court was not able https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to dispose of the case within two months as directed by this Court and accordingly, sought for further three months time to dispose of the C.C.No.247 of 2014".

3. In view of the fact that the trial Court had sought further three months time to dispose of the C.C.No.247 of 20914 pending on his file, this Court grants two months time to the trial Court to dispose of the case in C.C.No.247 of 2014 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
