Respondents Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code to direct the second respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint, dated 07.11.2017 and proceed with the same as per law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint, dated 07.11.2017 and proceed with the same as per law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that enquiry was conducted under Section 81 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act and a report has been submitted to the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies. Therefore, the prayer sought for by petitioner is not maintainable and hence, the present petition deserves to be dismissed.
3.The present petition filed by the petitioner is at premature stage and any action will be taken against the proposed accused only on receipt of a report from the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies. Therefore, the present complaint made by the petitioner
cannot be entertained and this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as premature. It is open to the petitioner, if necessary, to approach the authority concerned at a later stage.
