ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondents to continue the petitioner's savings account and cancel the hold and continue to proceed to the petitioner's Indian Bank savings bank account without any intervenes by the respondents, the petitioner sent a representation on 12.12.2018 to the respondents by not consider the petitioner's representation.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent/bank filed a memo, dated 14.03.2019, submitting that the bank has lifted "hold" on the petition mentioned bank account of the writ petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the memo file by the respondent/bank, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Recording the said memo, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
