ORDER
The present petition is filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.1456 of 2020 of Devadanapatti Police Station, Theni District.
2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, on instructions, would contend that the Inspector of Police, Devadanapatti Police Station, Theni District, after concluding the investigation in Crime No.1456 of 2020, has made ready a final report and the same would be filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam soon.
3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with a direction to the first respondent / Inspector of Police, Devadanapatti Police Station, Theni District, to file the final report before the Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam, within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
