ORDER

The petitioner complains that the petitioners face threat perception to their life, limb and liberty from the respondents 3 to 6.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. When the matter came up before this Court earlier, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a pointed statement that the petitioners are not living in the addreses given in the cause title.

4. Today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that an Appeal in A.S.No.260 of 2018 is pending between the parties, where the private respondents herein are the party respondents.

5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that as per their enquiry, the petitioners are living in Nagapattinam. He added that irrespective of where the petitioners live, the private respondents herein do not pose any threat perception. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6. Without getting into the details as to where the petitioners are living presently and without making any statement that may affect the outcome of the pending A.S.No.260 of 2018, this Court merely records the statement of the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 to 6 that they do not pose any threat to the petitioners' life, limb and liberty. Hence, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed.
