Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to take appropriate action based on the representation of the petitioner dated 04.08.2025.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to take appropriate action based on the representation of the petitioner dated 04.08.2025.

2.The contention of the petitioner is that he invested in Aditya Commodities, but the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

said company has not repaid the amount. In the meanwhile, the proposed accused has agreed to speak with the said company and get the petitioner's money. The petitioner under the guise of receiving the money has further paid the amount to the proposed accused. Therefore, the cause of action is within the Karur district. 3.Therefore, the respondents are directed to conduct enquiry and proceed further as per law. If any criminal offence is made out, the same shall be registered. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent and produce all the relevant documents. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
