ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the second respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the representation submitted by the present petitioner with the second respondent was registered in Current Petition No.N4/2928/176/4/2021 and is posted for enquiry. 3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 04.02.2021, based on findings and on merits, after giving notice and sufficient opportunity to the third respondent and the present petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order / uploading of the order.
