Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. Even though the petitioner has challenged the impugned tender notification, he took part in the tender/auction. The petitioner's bid turned out to be the highest. Therefore, the respondent is ready to execute the license in favour of the writ petitioner.
3. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is also closed.
