The Writ Petitioner has come before this Court complaining about the harassment caused by the respondents 5 and 6 to her and to her husband.

2.The fifth and sixth respondents are her own son and daughterin-law. The petitioner had filed an application under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, seeking cancellation of documents, which had been registered at Sub Registrar Office, Sengottai, Tenkasi District and which had been executed in favour of the fifth respondent. The documents were registered as Doc.Nos. 246/1999, 1009/2017, 369/2018, 1509/2019, 1510/2019. An order cancelling the 2/4

documents had also been passed. Since it is a civil issue between the petitioner and her own son, daughter-in-law, the petitioner has to seek protection from the appropriate Authority. An order has been passed by the respondents for cancelling the documents.

3.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate Authorities, in manner known to law. No costs.
