Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 grant adequate police protection to conduct survey and demarcate the petitioner's property situated at Survey No.36/12B, Kamanallur Village, Krishnarayapuram Taluk, Karur District, by

considering the petitioner's representation, dated 11.02.2026.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 grant adequate police protection to conduct survey and demarcate the petitioner's property situated at Survey No.36/12B, Kamanallur Village, Krishnarayapuram Taluk, Karur District, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 11.02.2026.

2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 11.02.2026 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
