RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to SUSPEND THE SENTENCE imposed against C.a.No.75 of 2008 dated 17.02.2018 on the file of Court of Sessions, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil confirm the Judgment in S.T.C.No.3289 of 2006 dated 19.5.2008 on the file fo the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of Criminal Revision Petition and thus render justice.

Order :This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.SUBASH BABU, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner was not able to comply with the condition. 2.The conditional order was passed on 20.04.2018 and thereafter time was extended by the order dated 06.06.2018, up to today (21.06.2018). Even today, the petitioner has not complied with the condition. Counsel for the petitioner admit that condition was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ not complied with, hence, the order of suspension of sentence is revoked.

3.The lower Court is directed to secure the accused and to make him undergo the balance period of sentence, in accordance with law.

4.The Registry is directed to send the copy to the respondent as well as the Lower Court.
