Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MOHIDEEN BASHA N, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3841/2022, dated 01.03.2022. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner has not complied with the order of this Court.
