ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition to quash the impugned endorsement uploaded on the online portal dated 13.12.2024 in respect of the petitioner's online application No.TN-5202412132835 and consequently directing the third respondent to issue Scheduled Caste Community Certificate to the petitioner's son namely Rahul as per online application TN-5202412132835. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the 2/5

community certificate has been issued to the petitioner's son Rahul on 10.03.2025 and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. 3.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
