ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents to give police protection to the petitioner, based on the representation dated 05.01.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that some persons are restraining the petitioner from constructing a new building in his property. Hence, the petitioner has given a representation to the respondents, seeking police protection and as the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents submitted that the respondent police will consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.01.2016 and pass appropriate orders.

5.In view of the above submission, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.01.2016 and to pass orders in accordance with law. As the complaint has been preferred during January, 2016, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
