ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the applications of the petitioner seeking appointment on compassionate grounds, dated 05.02.2010 and 12.01.2017 and to appoint the petitioner in any suitable job in the 2nd respondent temple. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner has already been considered and rejected by the respondents.

3.In view of the above, this writ petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is given with a liberty to challenge the rejection order passed by the respondents, in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
