PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 55/2021 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner /A2 was arrested and remanded to judicial custody by the respondent police on 03.03.2021 for the offences punishable under Section 4(1-A) of TNP Act seeks bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner was detained under Act 14 of 1982 on 25.03.2021.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for the present.
