ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent police that not to harass the petitioner and her children in the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner is the wife and the second respondent is her husband. It is stated that the second respondent / husband of the petitioner has deserted the petitioner and her children and that they were residing in the ancestral house. It is further stated that the petitioner's children are also having right over the properties apart from the petitioner's right to reside in the property.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that though a complaint was lodged by the second respondent against the petitioner to direct them to vacate the residential house, the matter has been enquired into and closed as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the dispute is purely civil in nature. It is further stated that no further enquiry is contemplated and therefore there is no question of any harassment.

4.Recording the said statement, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
