ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner /A1 was arrested and remanded to judicial custody by the respondent police on 03.03.2021 for the offences punishable under Section 4(1-A) of TNP Act seeks bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner was detained under Act 14 of 1982 on 25.03.2021.
