ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.1055 of 2025, dated 22.01.2025.

2. Ms.S.Meena, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and she prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the 1/3

respondent- Police has some objections to allow this petition.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is modified and the petitioner shall appear and sign before the learned I Additional Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi, weekly once (i.e., on Monday) for a period of eight weeks at 10.00 a.m. (if Monday is a Government holiday, the petitioner shall appear on the next working day). The other conditions shall hold good.
