ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in custody since 11.07.2019 for the offences under Sections 5(i)(ii), 5(1), 5(m), 6 of POCSO Act, 2012 and Section 506(i), 312 of IPC. Taking note of the serious allegations made against the petitioner, his earlier bail application was dismissed by this Court on 19.02.2020. The victim is aged about 14 years. She is a school going child. The wife of the accused is the Teacher. The victim had been impregnated by the petitioner and she was also given a abortion bills. Therefore, this is a case in which, the petitioner's bail application could be considered only after the victim is examined.
2. The learned Government Advocate states that there is no change in circumstance after the dismissal of the earlier bail application.

3. Therefore, the present bail application stands dismissed with liberty to renew his bail application after the victim is examined by the trial Court.
