O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.323 of 2017, dated 25.02.2017 on the file of the second respondent herein to any other Superior Officer within the District.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the stolen articles were not traced and hence, the investigation is not yet been completed and now the respondent police re-opened the investigation on 21.03.2020 and after conducting proper investigation under the supervision of the Assistant Commissioner, final report will be filed within a period of six months.

3. The said submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) is recorded.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court directs the respondent police to conduct investigation under the supervision of the Assistant Commissioner and file final report within a period of six months.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
