This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent herein to transfer the investigation in Crime No.71 of 2018 dated 12.03.2018 on the file of the third and fourth respondents herein to any other competent officer under his jurisdiction. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that petition enquiry was conducted and after conducting enquiry, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchendur has closed the petition as 'mistake of fact'. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor is directed to serve the closure report to the learned counsel for the petitioner. It is open to the petitioner to agitate before the competent court under the provisions of law.
