ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate-cum-Additional Mahila Court, Trichy to dispose C.C.No.88 of 2015.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that C.C.No.88/2015 is being adjourned from time to time without a final adjudication.

3. There shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate-cum-Additional Mahila Court, Trichy, to dispose of this C.C.No.88 of 2015, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The learned Judicial Magistrate-cum-Additional Mahila Court, Trichy, is directed to report the compliance, after completion of the proceedings.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
