O R D E R

The petitioners who are husband and wife, claiming under a registered partition deed, have sought for survey of the property allotted to them.

2. The petitioners have made an application on 13.08.2024. As there is no action, reminder was also given on 21.02.2025. Despite the same, survey has not been conducted. Hence, the petitioners have approached this Court.

3. The petitioners' claim for survey is based on the partition deed and property allotted to them. Therefore, there can be no impediment for the respondents to proceed to survey and dispose of the petitioner's application, dated 13.08.2024.

4. In view of the above, it would suffice to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondents to proceed to survey the petitioners' property as sought for by an application, dated 13.08.2024 within a period of eight (8) 2/4

weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
