Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.2 to reinstate the Petitioner in the Post of Gang Mazdoor in pursuance to the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1891/2008/A2 dated 07.06.2017 on the file of the Respondent No.2 within the time period stipulated by this Honble Court within the time period stipulated by this Honble Court. This Contempt Petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders passed by this Court made in W.P.(MD) No.20076 of 2017, dated 18.09.2019.

2. Today, when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mrs.J.Padmavathi Devi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that, the said order of this Court has been complied with by passing an order of rejection, dated 20.02.2020 and a copy of the same is also served on the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also has endorsed the same and stated that, the second respondent, since has passed an order on 20.02.2020, rejecting the plea of the petitioner, as directed by the order of this Court, dated 18.09.2019, accordingly, the contempt petition may be disposed of.

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing on either sides, since the order of this Court has been complied with, no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition and it is hereby closed.
