ORDER
The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the third respondent to expedite the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.30 of 2020.
2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would contend that the investigation in Crime No.30 of 2020 of All Women Police Station, Thallakulam, Madurai is underway and prayed for three months time to file a final report. 3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the third respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report/referred charge sheet, as the case may be in Crime No.30 of 2020 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order.
