ORDER

The revision petitioner / 7th defendant filed this revision to direct the V Additional District Judge, Madurai, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No. 138 of 2009, pending on its file, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Since this petition has been filed seeking early disposal of the case no notice is necessary to the respondents.

3. Since the suit is for partition and the same is pending from the year 2009 and it is posted for evidence, this Court is inclined to direct the V Additional District Judge, Madurai, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.138 of 2009, pending on its file within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
