ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Section 366 (A) in Crime No.590 of 2017 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the daughter of the de facto complainant, has eloped with a person in the year 2016. Thereafter, she was rescued. Again the victim girl eloped with the same person and hence, the present complaint is preferred. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioner is no way connected with the alleged occurrence.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police on instruction would submit that the investigation is still pending.

5.According to the prosecution, investigation is still pending. Considering the nature of the offences committed by the petitioner, custodial interrogation is necessary for completing investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
