ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents to provide adequate police protection to restore the damaged portion of compound wall in the patta land of the petitioner in New Survey No.186/1A1, Nalloor Village, Kanyakumari District, based on the representation dated 19.07.2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a representation to the respondents, seeking police protection to restore the damaged https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

portion of compound wall. As the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents submitted that the respondent police will consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.07.2016 and pass appropriate orders.

5.In view of the above submission, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.07.2016 and to pass orders in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
