Order : This Criminal Revision petition coming on for hearing upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.SANTHANAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and the court made the following order:- In Crl.RC(MD)No.

435 of 2015 by order dated 16.09.2015, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam has been directed to dispose of the C.C.No.2 of 15, within the period of one month, from the date of receipt of copy of the order. With the above direction, the said Crl.RC. has been disposed of.

This court by order dated 08/01/2016 in Crl.RC(MD)No.435 of 2015, has directed to the Registrar Judicial of this Court, to ascertain from the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (ML), Uthamapalayam, as to the present status of the pending case in C.C.NO.2 of 2015 on or before 04.02.2016 and also, directed the Registry to list the matter, after the receipt of the report from the said court.

Further, in the letter dated 27.01.2016, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam has submitted that the case has been disposed on merits on 27/01/2016 itself.
