ORDER

The order by the Sub Divisional Magistrate and Sub Collector, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District, dated 27.08.2015, is under challenge in this revision petition.

2.By the order dated 27.08.2015, the revision petitioners had been directed to attend the Court of Sub Divisional Magistrate and Sub Collector, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District on 01.09.2015 to submit the written statement with reference to the claim made in the disputed property.

3.Contending that the Sub Divisional Magistrate and Sub Collector, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District has no authority to give finding of title, this revision petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.When the matter came for admission, the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) submitted that the order dated 27.08.2015 has been recalled by the Sub Divisional Magistrate and Sub Collector, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

5.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side), this Criminal Revision Petition is closed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
