This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to call for the records relating to the FIR, in Crime No.87 of 2016 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same.

2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, both the petitioners/accused and the de-facto complainant are present with their respective counsel. They have filed a joint Memorandum of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

compromise stating that the matter has already been compromised between the parties and the de-facto complainant has no objection to quash the FIR stating that the disputes have been settled between them.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant has no objection to quash the FIR. 4.Recording the above submission, this petition is allowed and the FIR in Crime No.87 of 2016 on the file of the 1st respondent police, is quashed. The joint compromise memo shall form part of the record. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
