: Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to grant exemption from imposing 200% of custom duty for importing cement bags from M/s. Attock Cement Pakistan Ltd, Pakistan based on agreement made on 04.02.2019 prior to the Pulwama Attack ie., 14.02.2019 and consequently to direct the third respondent to release the petitioner's goods based on Bill of Entry without imposing 200% of customs duty within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.
