ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order order dated 01.04.2014 passed in C.M.A.No.14 of 2013, on the file of the Second Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai, reversing the order dated 05.08.2013 passed in I.A.No.231 of 2013 in O.S.No.352 of 2013 on the file of the Additional District Munsif of Madurai Town. 2.It appears that the plaintiff in the suit in O.S.No.352 of 2013 has filed an application for interim injunction during the pendency of the suit. The petition was dismissed by the trial Court. Aggrieved by the same, the plaintiff has preferred an appeal in Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.14 of 2003 on the file of the Second Additional Sub Court, Madurai. also allowed the appeal and granted interim injunction in I.A.No.231 of 2013. Aggrieved by the same, the defendant in the suit has preferred this Civil Revision Petition.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent / plaintiff has filed a memo today stating that the suit in O.S.No.352 of 2013 has been dismissed as withdrawn. Hence, it is submitted by counsel for respondent that this Civil Revision Petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

4.Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous, as the suit itself has been withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
