In the memo of compromise, it is stated that the complainant has been paid a sum of Rs.35,000/- in full and final settlement of the cheque amount. This fact is admitted by the complainant, who is present before this Court. 2.Therefore, this Criminal Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of memo of compromise and the memo of compromise will form part of this order. The accused is acquitted of the charge under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
