Heard both sides.

2.The case of the petitioner is that even though he had obtained approval from the Director of Town and Country Planning, the first respondent is yet to issue an order of regularisation. The petitioner states that he had remitted all the necessary charges as well as fees. 2/4

3.Since the matter is being disposed of at the admission stage itself, I am not in a position to render any definite findings in favour of the petitioner. The first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.08.2023 and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
