Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 26.09.2019 challenging the order of removal of service passed by the 2nd respondent in departmental proceedings Na.Ka.No.3466/2016/P1 dated 31/07/2019 under 17B of Tamilnadu Civil Service (D and A) Rules in time bound manner by affording opportunity of personal hearing through legal practitioner.

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.The limited prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 26.09.2019.
3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the 1st respondent may require three months time to dispose of the appeal. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD) No.6647 of 2021 to dispose of the appeal, dated 26.09.2019 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if the same is not disposed of already.
