ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners and their family members herein under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 13.03.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent the respondents 1 & 2 are unnecessarily harassing him. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL.O.P.(MD).No.4838 of 2020 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents reports that the First Information Report is pending against the petitioner and the petitioner may be directed to co-opearate for enquiry and the respondent police will not harass the petitioner.

4.Recording the same, this petition stands closed. However, if there is any apprehension liberty is granted to the petitioner to file appropriate petition before the concerned court in the manner known to law.
