O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint dated 19.02.2025. 2.According to the petitioner, he lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 18.02.2025 and thereafter, he sent a representation to the first respondent on 25.02.2025. Both the representations have not been considered by the respondents and therefore, this Writ Petition has been filed. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that the respondents received the representations of the petitioner and the same is under enquiry.

4.This Court heard both sides and perused the records placed before this Court.

5.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, this Court directs the respondents to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representations in accordance with law and dispose of the same within a period of one [1] week from the date of this order.

6.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
