This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 01.11.2017, lodged by the petitioner. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of the closure report and submitted that petition enquiry was conducted by the second respondent Police and after enquiry, the complaint was closed by the second respondent advising the petitioner to approach the Civil Court to redress her grievance, as the dispute between the parties is civil in nature.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to work out her remedy before the Civil Court, in the manner known to law.
