ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 18.12.2020 and to grant Patta to him with respect to the subject property.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the enquiry has already been conducted by the fourth respondent and that the decision taken by the fourth respondent will be conveyed to the petitioner within the time frame fixed by this Court.

3. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to convey the decision taken based on the enquiry conducted on the representation made by the petitioner on 18.12.2020, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
