PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the second respondent pertaining to its order bearing No.Nil, dated nil and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to permit the petitioner conduct bullock cart race, horse cart race, cycling and running race on 22.03.2020 by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 05.03.2020.
