ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking for police protection. 2.The case of the petitioners is that they were assigned land by the Assistant Commissioner of Land Reforms, on the ground that they were land less poor and patta has also been issued in favour of the first petitioner's husband and later patta was transferred in the name of the petitioners. Now the petitioners are cultivating in the above said land.
3.The respondent Nos.3 to 5, who are land brokers, continuously attempted to commit criminal trespass and also threatening the petitioners. When a complaint was made to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Assistant Commissioner of Land Reforms, the Assistant Commissioner by his proceedings dated 14.07.2004 had requested the second respondent to take appropriate action and protect the possession of the petitioner's husband, who was alive at that point of time. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that the second respondent has not received any complaint from the petitioners.
5.In view of the above, the petitioners are directed to submit a fresh representation along with all the relevant documents to the second respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent on receipt of the complaint from the petitioners, shall take action in accordance with law and if necessary, shall also provide Police protection to the petitioners. 6.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
