ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition is coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time for Trial Court" and upon perusing earlier order dated 8.6.2023 and letter submitted by the Sessions Judge, Special Court for trial of 1/3

cases under POCSO Act, Tirunelveli vide his letter in D.No.461/2025, dated 22.03.2025,this Court made the following order:- By an order dated 08.06.2023, this court directed the trial Court to complete the trial in S.S.C. No. 72 of 2019, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.461/2025, dated 22.03.2025, wherein, it requested further two months time to comply with the earlier order.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, two months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 4367 of 2023 dated 8.6.2023.
