O R D E R

This criminal revision case has been filed, challenging the order, dismissing the petitioner's application to discharge him from the charges.

2.Earlier, this Court by an order dated 07.10.2015 dismissed the revision petition by confirming the order passed by the court below. Subsequently, at the request made by the petitioner, the order passed by this court was kept in abeyance and the matter was referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Bench and at that time, this Court also observed that if the matter is not settled before the Mediation Centre, the final order passed could revive.

3.Today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the mediation conducted between the parties has failed and the parties could not arrive at a settlement. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In the above circumstances, the order passed by this court on 07.10.2015 is revived and this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
