ORDER

The petitioner seeks return of the petition mentioned vehicle.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader informs the Court that the vehicle was seized in connection with illegal transportation of sand and that vehicle has been produced before the Jurisdictional Magistrate. Therefore, the writ petition is closed by giving liberty to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner to move the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court. It is made clear that the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court shall entertain the application for release of vehicle and dispose of the same on merits.
