O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the complaint, dated 14.11.2017, given by the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B IPC and to take action against the accused persons in accordance with law, within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of the closure report and submitted that petition enquiry was conducted by the second respondent Police and after enquiry, the complaint was closed.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. If the petitioner is having any grievance, it is open to him to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
