PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first and second respondents do not recognize the office bearer who were selected by the third respondent against the by-law of the sangam namely, "Bharathiya Chettinadu Cement Tholilargal Sangam"(BMS) in Registered NO.366 dated 15.10.2012 based on the petitioner's representation dated 08.02.2019.

ORDER
