Writ Petition is filed under article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd Respondent to register the release deed dated 12.07.2025 and consequently, release petitioner original deed on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 19.01.2026 within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER
The writ petition is filed for a Mandamus to register the release deed dated 12.07.2025 and consequently, to release the original release deed on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 19.01.2026. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that after considering the document presented in accordance with law, an order has been passed refusing to register the document. 3.A copy of the said order is also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
4.In view thereof, giving liberty to the petitioner to take steps as against the refusal check slip in the manner known to law, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
