ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already instituted a suit before the competent Court of jurisdiction and hence, the petitioner is not intending to pursue the writ petition and he may be given liberty to work out his remedy in the suit filed before the competent civil Court.

2.Recording the said submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the writ petitioner to redress all his grievances in the civil suit instituted by him. No costs.
